Free first

You can check a lot yourself before paying anyone

Some members can resolve issues by working through their own records and contacting the right people. We'd rather you try this first — and only choose a paid audit when it genuinely adds value.

  1. Request your latest pension statement and full service history.

  2. Gather payslips, P60s and employer confirmations of part-time, locum or break periods.

  3. Compare key dates, pay figures, scheme sections and reckonable service.

  4. Ask your employer or union adviser to clarify anything unclear.

Your pension. Your future. Let's make sure it's right.

Take the first step today. Most members start online, but a postal pack is always available if you'd prefer to work on paper.

Digital is the default route. Postal is offered as an alternative — same audit, same fee.
